Our Staff

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, and has over 20 years of experience in medical billing. As the office manager, she oversees all staff operations, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with healthcare regulations. Her experience in billing, insurance claims, and patient finances has contributed to the smooth operation of the practice.

Vanessa is our energetic, bilingual( English and Spanish) medical assistant. You can usually find her running around in the office with a big smile but don’t worry if you can’t see her, you will for sure hear her and her laugh. She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field and can assist you in scheduling all of your cosmetic needs such as Botox, Filler, Chemical Peels and other in-office procedures. When not at work, Vanessa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

She will always greet you with a warm and welcoming smile and be happy to assist you in all of your follow-up and radiology needs. Jenny is bilingual (Spanish/English). Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, Kenny, and son, Nathan.

Alejandra is our loving and compassionate MA. She has over 12 years of medical experience. She was a nurse in her native country, Colombia and will continue to pursue her nursing education. Alejandra speaks both Spanish and English. She is a big sports fan and enjoys traveling. She loves to spend time with her family, friends and her two cats, Frida and Chavela.

She has been in the medical field for the past 10 years and brings joy to everyone she encounters. Her great personality and warm heart will make you feel welcome to our office. Whenever she is not at work, Carolina enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family.

Cathy is a receptionist and has been a certified audiology assistant since 2019. She has over 7 years of experience in the medical field providing excellent service to all patients. Cathy is a loving wife and a wonderful mother to her son, Elijah. She enjoys making sweet treats during her free time.

Shelsey is a receptionist at both of our ENT and Allergy suites. She has been with our ENT family since 2017. She enjoys binge-watching shows on Hulu and spending summer weekends down the shore. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and will pursue her graduate degree next year.

Geraldine is passionate about reading, visiting New York City, and spending time in cafes and museums. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has recently developed a love for learning human anatomy and physiology. Her goal is to become a cardiology physician assistant, combining her interests and skills to help others.

Maria is the newest member of our team! She has worked in the medical field for 11 years and is excited to be a part of our practice. Her goal is to deliver exceptional care to every patient that walks through our doors. Maria is also bilingual in English and Italian. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two kids, her husband, and family.

With over 20 years of expertise in medical billing, Michelle has been an integral part of our practice since 2019. Her knowledge and commitment make her a trusted resource for all billing inquiries and support.

Suzanne is the Registered Nurse at our Allergy Suite. She assists Dr. Wanich in seeing patients to address their allergy concerns. She has over 30 years of medical experience and has been with our ENT/Allergy family since 2017. She enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family.
