Dr. Lewis specializes in minimally invasive and minimal downtime cosmetic surgical procedures.  Below is a list of some of procedures he has advanced training in:

Mini Facelift

Many patients want the benefit of looking younger without the downtime of a traditional facelift. The mini-facelift is often the answer. It can be performed under light sedation or even local anesthesia. The recovery is quicker than other more invasive cosmetic procedures, and there is minimal pain.

Full Facelift

Patients with more advanced signs of aging may benefit from a full facelift. This procedure, when performed by skilled and well-trained surgeon, gives patients a more youthful and natural appearance.

Individualized Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Rejuvenation)

In this procedure, the eyes are rejuvenated by any one or a number of techniques. Most techniques can be done in the office using local anesthesia. Pain is minimal, and most patients can go back to work the next day.

Nasal Sculpting / Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty can refine and reshape the nose and enhance one’s general appearance. The procedure is usually quick, with minimal pain, and most people can get back to work within a week.

Fat Transfer

As we age, we lose our youthful appearance due to gravity and the loss of volume in the face. Using living fat cells that are carefully removed from problem areas such as your hips, thighs, or belly, the surgeon artistically rebalances the curves and contours of your face to create a refreshed, rested, and younger look.

Ear Reshaping / Otoplasty

Otoplasty is a procedure that helps to reposition prominent or large ears. The procedure relies on hidden incisions and strong, permanent sutures to reform one or both ears into a more pleasing, less distracting, shape.

Scar Revision

Scar revision is a procedure whereby the surgeon uses special skills to re-design your scar so that when it heals, it is less noticeable and/or hidden in the natural creases of the face. This typically involves removal of the scar with meticulous resuturing in order to ensure the best cosmetic result.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels can restore and rejuvenate your skin. If you have fine wrinkles, age spots, blemishes, or other signs of sun damage or photoaging, then a chemical peel may be right for you. They work by removing the damaged layers of your skin allowing newer, smoother, and healthier skin to take its place.

Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion is a great way to refinish areas of scarring after accidents or childhood and teenage acne. It works by removing the top layers of skin in and around the areas of scar in order to smooth out and recontour the surface of the skin. Multiple treatments can be used in order to obtain the best results.

Fillers -  Juviderm, Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Kybella, Radiesse, Restylane

Fillers can be used as a quick fix to rejuvenate and restore volume to the face without the need for surgery! Fillers are materials that are used to correct deep lines and wrinkles and to re-create a more a youthful appearance. They are also used to plump up the lips and to fill-in the tired look from sunken eyes or cheeks. There are many different types of fillers available each with subtly different applications. Ask your physician which fillers may be right for you.

Botox / Dysport

Botox is a safe and highly effective way to decrease wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes in order to create a more youthful and vibrant appearance. It works by decreasing muscle movement in key areas of your face to help reduce creases and fine lines associated with aging.  In recent years, a number of similar products have become available such as dysport and xeomin.  Dr. Lewis can help you decide which treatment option  works best for you.
